- Les femmes du 6ème étage (The Women on the Sixth Floor) – Promises to be a paragon of French cinema, with humour at its best.
- Extremely Loud, Incredibly Close – Based on Jonathan Safran Foer’s second novel of the same title. Although I’m not quite convinced by Foer’s works, his debut Everything Is Illuminated is worth a read. There is a film based on his first novel as well, starring Elijah Wood.
